possible intact.
The construction system is monolithic, which makes it more durable and resistant in the area
against hurricanes and for the life of the property.
In the Orkadia Habitat project, we have implemented the Termo Muro W construction
method to maximize energy efficiency and resident comfort. We place the Thermo Wal in
strategic areas of the complex, such as facades and exterior wals, guaranteeing optimal
thermal insulation. This careful planning alows for more efficient energy use, reducing heat-
ing and cooling costs and creating a more pleasant and sustainable indoor environment.
